Role Overview
We are seeking Chefs of all levels with an interest in Greek / Mediterranean cuisine to join the opening team. From Commis to Head Chef, you’ll help deliver a high-quality, consistent menu and contribute to building a strong kitchen culture as the group grows.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and present dishes to venue standards in a high-volume environment.
• Maintain high levels of food quality, portion control and presentation.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and follow direction from senior chefs.
• Support food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen.
Skills & Experience
• Commercial kitchen experience (Greek / Mediterranean experience is highly regarded).
• Ability to manage a busy service, stay organised and multi-task.
• Strong communication, positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Full working rights in Australia and commitment to upholding venue standards.
Salary & Benefits
• Full-time positions with salaries in the range of $75,000–$95,000 + super, depending on level and experience.

Work as part of a cohesive brigade to deliver high-quality, consistent food during high-volume services.
Follow recipes, standards and direction from senior chefs while contributing to a positive, supportive kitchen culture.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in line with venue expectations.
What you’ll bring:
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen; Greek / Mediterranean cuisine experience preferred.
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment and managing multiple dockets.
Good English and communication skills, with a positive, motivated attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and take direction from senior chefs, while contributing as a reliable team player.
