What you’ll be doing:

Dial in espresso daily (dose, yield, time, temperature); calibrate grinders and maintain espresso machines and water filtration systems.

Develop signature non-alcoholic pairings for tasting menus in collaboration with the kitchen and pastry teams.

Manage coffee and tea inventory, par levels, rotating bean/leaf selections, and maintain hygiene and allergen controls at the beverage station.

Deliver warm, informed guest interaction: describe origins, flavour notes and preparation methods with confidence.

Skills & Qualifications:

1–2+ years’ experience in specialty coffee or luxury hotel/restaurant service.

Strong espresso proficiency: dosing, grind adjustment, yield, time/temp control and daily dial-in logs.

Confident milk texturing and latte art with an eye for fine-dining level presentation.

Knowledge of specialty coffee origins, processing methods and roast profiles; ability to explain flavour profiles to guests.

Experience with premium tea and Indian beverage service is highly regarded.

Hygiene and allergen awareness; strong equipment care habits (backflushing, cleaning, water filtration).

Inventory and par management skills for coffee/tea/beverage supplies.

Additional requirements:

Strong work ethic, diligence and willingness to learn from international training.

Ability to adopt and maintain SOPs set by the group’s training team.

Impeccable grooming, punctuality and guest-first communication.
